Just wanted to share this lovely music video of ballet dancer Polina Seminova. I’m sure some of you already have seen the video. I admire ballet dancers for their fluid movements, gracefulness and amazing physique. Resulting from years of hard practice and dedication. Watching Polina dance makes me want to hit the gym! Haha.
