Here’s a video from ABC/Yahoo on a new cancer study that was done. The findings support the idea that by changing your diet and getting regular exercise that you can alter your genes and thus reduce your risk for cancer and possibly even reverse cancer even after diagnosis. There is of course still much more to be studied and learned from this but if eating a diet consisting of mostly vegetables and eliminating meat, adopting yoga and meditation practices and getting 30 minutes of daily exercise has eliminated all traces of cancer for Jack McClure.
Dr. Dean Ornish has published his findings in his new book The Spectrum: A Scientifically Proven Program to Feel Better, Live Longer, Lose Weight, and Gain Health
Ladies, please keep in mind that the possible success Jack had in this video is not limited to just prostate cancer cases. The concept applies to all types of cancer and dramatically changing your life in all the above mentioned areas give someone an alternative to conventional treatments and allow for a natural way of try to rid the body of cancer. In essence the lifestyle changes can alter your genes that help fight off cancer as well as turn off genes that make you more susceptible to cancer according to Dr. Ornish.
