Black Bling for the Fall

Posted by Sophie on August 24, 2008

ooohhh…. Okay, I’m in love with these bold cocktail Pave Rings! What makes these rings so special are the colors - gunmetal & black with brilliant Swarovski crystals! Click on the pic to see the up close details. I’m just thrilled to have found these jewels to share with you all so that you can add some sexy glam to your fall fashion. You won’t see many people wearing black rings, they are mysterious and unique which is very flattering for fall/winter.

I have the hardest time choosing which one - crystal or black. I’m telling myself to pick one but I just really can’t… both are extremely beautiful in their own way. You can wear them on any finger since the rings are adjustable. You’ll absolutely love them! Available for $150 each.

Very colorful fashions all the way from Kiev, Ukraine!  Maybe because of the weather, the fashionistas in Kiev are expressing their hip styles with lots of colors.  The styles are all unique - girly, preppy, grunge, retro, vintage…you name it.  There are so many people who are just too scared to wear different colors & styles together but not these gals.  I must say the colors can really brighten up your mood and make you quite hip & cool!

Stylish and Warm Hats

Posted by Sophie on February 24, 2008

Chloe Jarvis gives us nice ideas on some great beanies and hats that will keep us stylish and warm the remainder of the winter. If you live in a really cold area you can appreciate these caps even more. They will keep your head warmer and can also add some extra style to your outfit as a great accessory.

I love the newsboy hat from Armani Exchange as I can picture that going with several outfits and will go just great with my jeans.

New York Fashion Week was held from February 1-8, and on Friday night, Mr. Jacobs closed Fashion Week with a collection that was an over-the-top production with a concert-like theme.  Guests included his celeb friends Victoria Beckham, Kevin Federline (please…), Molly Sims and Selma Blair.  Here are some of my favorite backstage photos & a video of the Marc Jacobs finale.  You can view more front row & backstage photos from New York Fashion Week 2008 at New York Magazine.
