The Chanel Resort 2011 is my favorite resort collection this year and is one of the best warm-weather looks from Chanel. Held in the gorgeous setting of St. Tropez with models strutting in beautiful yet relaxed beachy ensembles. Some barefoot. Hot!
Here is one of my favorite looks from the collection. Love the mix of metallic – silver bikini top & gold sandals. The jacket dresses up the whole look and the linen material is ideal for summer. If the jacket is too hot, throw on a sheer top over a bikini instead.
Comfy, flirty, boho! I’m dreaming of being in the D&G Spring 2010 collection especially the outfit above. So I had to come up with a similar look – Runway Done My Way!
This white Lace Tunic screams summer. Such a sheer, flirty dress is absolutely irresistible! Also makes it a lovely bikini cover-up. And I can’t say no to a darling pair of fringe boots – Helle Comfort Koma. Complete the look with easy, summery accessories like the Canvas Bucket Bag, and Clear Blue Stretch Bracelet. Last but not least, wear a Studded Belt low on the waist to give you that sexy finish.
Wow, we are officially going into spring in just, what about a couple of weeks from now? I’m so stoked! I do love winter but I’m ready to ditch my heavy coats and slip into something more light & airy.
Chanel Spring 2010 was the much raved about and coveted spring collection with a bursting dose of romantic and flirtatious spring elements – frills, lace, floral, sheer, wooden platforms, etc. The barnyard setting at the RTW show added a sweet country flavor to the collection. I’m not big into the girly-girl style so to speak, but each piece from the collection particularly those clogs and lace skirts was just utterly charming.
For this Chanel inspired ensemble, the three essential pieces are the tweed jacket, lace skirt, and the clog high heels. Complete the look with a feather accented headband and yummy bangles.
I thoroughly enjoyed the edgy 80’s fad in 2009. I’ll love til no end that rock-chic 80’s style with bold shoulders, studs, acid wash jeans, etc. Now we are heading into the S/S seasons, I’m ready to dive into a more feminine & girly style… the romantic goodness… frills, ruffles, tiered dresses and skirts. As always, it’s best to create exciting new looks by mixing & matching clothes!

Isabel Marant SS 2010 backstage
Love the outfit on Isabeli Fontana backstage at the Isabel Marant SS 2010 show. A cute tiered ruffle dress looks so posh with those suede boots! Here is the Runway Done My Way version.
Wondering what to wear and ways to get decked out for winter parties? These FW 09 runway looks are perfect for celebrating the season. I’m partial to pieces that are slim-lined yet flowy with curve-hugging silhouettes… sexy! Try to glamify with sequins, fur, lace tights, vampy pumps, & sparkly jewels for a bangin’ party ensemble!
