Brrr… it’s cold out! So here is something springy & bright, that will make you look radiant & pretty for 2010. I sooo want the Poudrier Dentelle from Dior’s Spring 2010 makeup collection. This limited edition face highlighter is definitely the star product of Dior’s new Lacy Beauty collection. The illuminating powder has a gorgeous shimmer and the perfect touch of blush. Comes in a ultra slim case with the prettiest lace patterns inspired by 1920’s lingerie… ooh la la… so delicate & feminine! A perfect gift for spring brides… hint, hint!

Urban Decay has teamed up with hip LA artist Kime Buzzelli to create an eyeshadow box with a punch of attitude – Urban Decay Show Pony Shadow Box! Kime’s wicked, vivacious painting is illustrated both inside & out featuring fashionable girls that have gone buck-wild with the makeup. Love it! I’d buy it just for the cool packaging.
The set includes six shimmery shadows with funky names (Snatch, Painkiller, Mildew, Flash, Smog, Toasted), mini 24/7 Eye Pencil in never-fail Zero (black), and a mini genie bottle of Eyeshadow Primer Potion (keep your shadow from creasing & fading).
I wish the set had a iridescent gold or pearl for highlighting instead of two very close bronzy browns – Smog & Toasted. My favorite color is definitely the Painkiller (blue) which is a perfect tone for fall & the holidays as illustrated in the video. Go light on lips and cheeks. Gorgeous!
Kime also collaborated with Vans, where you’ll find a wide range of artsy fashion from bright sneakers to a sexy bomber jacket.
I’m not exactly sure what brand of makeup the model is wearing but it’s so pretty & summery with coral hues. I think coral/pink lips are so fab for the summer and I found the perfect lipstick that will give you that lovely color.
I’d definitely recommend the Costa Chic from MAC’s new summer 09 ‘Euristocrats 2‘ lip color collection. It’s frosty light coral with a hint of pink hue. Looks great on all skin tones. The collection includes 7 lipsticks ($14), 7 Dazzleglasses ($18), and 4 lip pencils ($13). Some amazing color selections with a reasonable price!
Sunscreen meets foundation! Recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation – Shiseido Sun Protection Liquid Foundation SPF 42 offers powerful sun protection of SPF 42 plus an excellent, full coverage! Most foundations have SPF 15 so I get to really appreciate the additional protection from this product.
Especially great for outdoors since it resists water, sweat, and oil to provide a light yet long lasting coverage throughout the day. Here is a review on this smart foundation by Lisa.
