I just love, love, love fashion accessories! They can make or break the outfit. Here is a brief overview of key accessories for this fall from whowhatwear - layered chain necklaces, black lace tights, wool beanies, long-strap handbags and motorcycle boots are some of the hot accessory trends this season. Fashion & music… can’t live without both! An exciting two hour event Fashion Rocks will air on CBS, Sept 9 at 9:00 pm ET! The 5th anniversary show will feature the hottest names in music and fashion including Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Usher, Rihanna and my fav The Black Eyed Peas.

I firmly believe that beauty is a perception and there’s no such thing as perfection. The reality TV show Britain’s Missing Top Model which debuted in July on the BBC, has all the drama of America’s Next Top Model but with a twist - featured eight girls with disabilities from around the world.
Kelly has no forearm and Sophie is paralyzed… so what? To me, these girls are just as beautiful and can make a fab model as long as they have the right attitude. Kelly Knox was announced as the winner of this competition and I wish her all the best!

I happened to catch an episode of the new show Ashley Paige: Bikini or Bust last night. Ashley is a well known designer of bikinis that has landed on the TLC channel every Friday night at 10pm.
I thought the show was fairly entertaining seeing how much she is struggling to stay afloat and pay her bills while building her brand. I missed Episode 1: Sink or Swimsuit so I’m gonna have to go back and watch it and see how she manages to get a 42-piece collection together in 1 week for LA Fashion week. Ouch!
Here’s a clip of Episode III (I think?). I look forward to watching Ashley’s progress and see how the show blossoms. She makes some amazing pieces that have that luxurious, socal and chic feel that girls just love! I love the “Big Daddy” Carlos guy that is her landlord, what a scary looking man! I would definitely not want to be on his bad side…whoah!
