Hibiscus Tea with Vodka and Citrus (easy version!) – Brew 4 to 5 bags of Hibiscus tea (I use Celestial Red Zinger) in 2 cups of hot water. Pour the brewed concentrate into a tall pitcher. Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar (less or more according to your sweet tooth) and about 3 cups of water. Let it cool off. Add 1 cup of Vodka and juice from 1 or 2 limes. Refrigerate until ready to serve (if you can be that patient). Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
