You got some bananas lying around? I don’t like to eat bananas straight (too mushy) so I often use them in smoothies and shakes. This banana shake is really yummy and takes less than a minute to make. Put one banana, almond milk and a handful of ice into a blender – blend it away! No need for extra sugar especially when using riped bananas. You can use frozen bananas and skip the ice but I like how light and refreshing this tastes by adding the ice to it.
One thing my kitchen really needs is a new blender. My blender is so crappy that it starts to emit burning smell every time I use it. Not worth the $50 I paid. I’d rather pay 10x to get this Vitamix super blender! Someday.
