I’d like to share this knowledge with you cause I’m on chocolate binge right now. As I’m writing this post, I have a big craving for some chocolate. I mean, who doesn’t like chocolate? There are health benefits from eating chocolate. Not from eating just regular milk or white chocolate but from dark chocolates. The darker the better – it has the highest percentage of cocoa solids, therefore more flavanol antioxidants (caution: do not wash it down with milk). I LOVE dark chocolates anyway. I like them because I enjoy the bitter sweet taste.
According to WebMD, eating a small, 1.6-ounce bar of dark chocolate every day is good for you. So girls, don’t let anyone tell you that chocolate is bad for you. But please, watch your intake…allow yourself about 5 to 7 bars of good ol’ dark chocolate. Hahaha! Well, indulge in moderation please.
