The holiday season is like the worst time for us being in shape. If you plan to chow down on a holiday feast like me, you better get your butt in gear and start working out! Kim is sharing her workout regiment that is effective yet easy to follow. Just take a few minutes of your day and you won’t feel as bad when you indulge in those cakes, pies & all those other goodies.
