Bizarre and funky street fashion

These fashionistas(?) are from Helsinki & Finland and they are quite noticable! They won’t get run over by cars for sure. The colorful outfits and makeup remind me of street fashion from Japan but they dress like that in Europe too! Wow! I’m not so sure I could pull of any of these looks but more power to the girls for trying and being bold!
